What is FiberBatch?
FiberBatch are recycled fiber pellets made from post-consumer textile waste. Our unique technology enables new upcycling possibilities for textiles that would otherwise end up in landfills or be incinerated.
Every injection-molded part made of polyolefins or TPE is suitable for integrating FiberBatch. In addition to performance enhancements and a unique design, a detailed life cycle assessment (LCA) confirms numerous environmental benefits.

Fashion waste becomes hangers
A leading coat hanger manufacturer challenged us to recycle post-consumer fashion waste into coat hangers.
Resource
Germany collects more than 150 truckloads of unwanted clothing daily. We used the sorted, non-reusable fraction and transformed it into injection-moldable FiberBatch.
Circular Material
The FiberBatch are added to the resin at the production site. We are replacing the virgin polypropylene resin with a post-consumer recycled one.
Application
The industry's first circular hanger! Made from 100% recycled material. 100% recyclable. At the end of their useful life, the hangers are collected, ground up, and injection-molded into new hangers.
Denim waste flower pots
The U.S. company RePots commissioned us to design and produce a series of flower pots made from 100% recycled materials.
Material
We used our recycled FiberBatch mixed with recycled PP to create a unique surface that makes every planter an individual design piece.

By combining denim fibers and recycled plastic, unique patterns and textures are created, making each product one-of-a-kind.
