FiberBatch are recycled fiber pellets made entirely from post-consumer textile waste—that is, from discarded clothing that can no longer be reused. These textiles would otherwise end up in landfills or be incinerated, but FiberBatch gives them a second life.

The sorted, non-reusable fraction of collected used textiles is processed. For example, denim waste can be processed into characteristic fiber pellets. Upon request, we develop customized formulations from your own production waste.

FiberBatch is suitable for injection molding and is added directly to the plastic resin at the production site. This allows it to be integrated into existing injection molding processes without requiring fundamentally new equipment.

FiberBatch is suitable for any injection-molded part made from polyolefins (e.g., polypropylene) or TPEs. Virgin resin can be replaced with post-consumer recycled material to further increase the recycled content of the final product.

Yes. The integration of FiberBatch optimizes the mechanical properties and can thus contribute to improved component performance, in addition to the sustainable material concept.

The embedded fibers remain visible, creating a characteristic look. Especially with denim fibers, individual patterns and textures emerge, making practically every product unique.

FiberBatch is made from 100 % of recycled post-consumer textile waste. Its environmental benefits are confirmed by a detailed life cycle assessment (LCA), which, among other things, demonstrates measurable CO₂ savings.

Yes. The Circular Hanger illustrates this principle: The products are designed to be 100% recyclable; at the end of their life, they are collected, ground up, and injection-molded into new parts—a closed-loop material cycle.

The applications range from everyday products to specialized components, including clothes hangers, reusable cups, flower pots, and other design objects. Basically, any polyolefin or TPE injection-molded part is suitable.
