FiberBatch is the world's first Recycled fiber concentrate, which upcycles textile waste into durable products with a unique design.

All our products consist of 100 % made from recycled fibers. Most of it comes from post-consumer recycling (PCR), and some from post-industrial recycling (PIR). We process FiberBatch into 100 % using mechanical recycling methods, without additives or binders.
All our products are made in Europe.

Thanks to Closeoop's unique fiber regeneration process, we can process suitable garments, fabrics, or fibers into custom FiberBatches. This means a new, long-lasting second life for your discarded fabrics in the form of a durable injection-molded product with a unique history and design.

Our customized FiberBatch development begins with a (free) evaluation of your raw material, a visual analysis of samples by our R&D team, and an initial trial on industrial-scale production equipment to provide initial quantities of FiberBatch for injection molding trials.
